In the episode, Matthew speaks to a range of leaders from across the sector, including Charles. Their discussion focuses on long-term investment, patient capital and the practical delivery barriers that need to be addressed if Oxfordshire is to realise its growth potential.
It explored what patient capital means for Oxfordshire Developers Forum. That it’s not about accepting avoidable delay, rather than working together to understand and create the best conditions for long-term, high-quality investment to succeed – with the right infrastructure, policy certainty, public/private collaboration and delivery mechanisms in place.
