Oxfordshire Developers Forum is led by experienced, senior figures from across local government, development, and the built environment.
Having initially been set up by the County Council, we are guided by a Working Group made up of founding members and representatives of participating councils that shapes the programme and ensures we remain focused on the issues that matter most.

Robin chairs Oxfordshire Developers Forum, bringing senior public sector leadership and strategic insight into the county’s growth, infrastructure and place agenda.
Julian Seymour
Secretariat
Oxfordshire Developers Forum Secretariat, and Chief Executive, Cratus Group.
Julian provides strategic communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement expertise. Cratus Group acts as secretariat to Oxfordshire Developers Forum, supporting events, communications, policy engagement, and development of the Forum’s voice.
